Western CinemaLab assumes no responsibility for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to: accidents, negligence or intentional misconduct of it’s employees, agents or servants; theft, fire, flood, water, chemical or machine damage, all regardless of causation or strict liability. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of loss, damage of destruction of film as a result of negligence of it’s employees, agents or servants; or for any other cause, Western CinemaLab will reimburse the customer for the cost of the raw stock, film processing, and other laboratory charges paid by the customer in connec tion with the product in question. This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy against Western CinemaLab regardless of the nature of the claim.  Thank you.
